EUIPO has opened the new call for European SMEs looking to protect innovation. Applications open from 2 February to 4 December 2026.
Who can apply:
✨ Micro, small and medium-sized EU enterprises
✨ Up to 250 employees and €50M turnover
Here's what you can fund:
✅ Trade Marks and Designs: Reimbursement up to 75% to protect your identity in Italy and Europe, max €700.
✅ Patents: Support up to €2,500, including 50% reimbursement of legal costs for drafting European patents.
✅ Plant Varieties: 75% reimbursement for innovations in the agricultural sector with a maximum of €1,500.
Funds are managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
