UPC - new protection strategies
As is now known, the European Patent with Unitary Effect will become a reality on 01.06.2023. With the coming into force of the Unitary Patent, a Unified Patent Court will also be created at the same time, which will have exclusive jurisdiction in invalidity and infringement actions for future European Patents with Unitary Effect and traditional European Patents.
