The super famous italian company has won a case against the irish company Montex Holdings Limited. Diesel Italy accused Montex of copying its trademark and using it for almost 45 years. The Irish high Court has stated that Montex did use the name Diesel to obtain an illegal advantage and that Diesel is the effective owner and shall have right to register its trademark in Ireland.
