Hungary joined the London Agreement. The Agreement will come into force in Hungary from January 1, 2011. According to the rules adopted by Hungary, if the language of the procedure before the EPO is English, only the claims must be translated into Hungarian. On the contrary, if the language of the procedure is French or German, then all text must be translated into English or alternatively into Hungarian.
