Article 33.2 of the Kosovo Trademark Law now requires that applicants declare that relevant trademarks are being used (or, by bona fide, will be used). The deadline for the revalidation of Serbian IP rights is September 1, 2008. The deadline might be extended but no official notification has been issued to date
